In his Christmas and New year message to Ghanaians, Algban Bagbin, the Speaker of Parliament contemplates on the processes the country has encountered in democracy, governance and its economy.
He expressed optimism that these were all necessary processes for a bright future. He mentioned that in these experiences laid valuable lessons for improved governance and performances.

He assured the youth that there was a bright future ahead and assured that the country was on the right path.
‘Please be rest assured that Ghana is on the right path’ He said.
He stated that Ghana was a country other African countries looked up to . He alluded Ghana to the mecca of the black race. According to him Ghana served as a beacon of hope especially in her democratic journey.
He also took the opportunity to wish all Ghanaians a Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year.
