Do you agree with me that you cannot be educated into leadership? Because it is not about qualification. I consider it as being groomed or growing into the position.
While formal education and training can provide valuable knowledge and skills, leadership is ultimately about developing qualities, characteristics, and habits that enable effective guidance, inspiration, and influence.

Leadership development often involves a combination of mentoring, coaching, experience, and self-reflection.

The are many leaders and bosses in all sectors of life but a Good Boss is one who is :

  1. Approachable: He/ She creates a safe and welcoming environment where team members feel comfortable approaching with questions, concerns, or ideas. They do not build a wall around them to scare their workers or team away. They listen attentively to their employees’ perspective and respond thoughtfully. This fosters a sense of belonging to employees because they feel connected.

A Good Communicator :Providing precise instructions, actively listening, and encouraging constructive feedback to ensure everyone is on the same page.Sharing goals and mission with the team- Setting clear expectations- Encouraging feedback and assessment.These habits help prevent misunderstandings, increase efficiency, and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
  3. Celebrating Individual And Team Successes: Recognizing and appreciating achievements to boost morale, motivation, and teamwork. A good boss gives credit to innovation and creativity without hijacking ideas. He gives accolades to those who deserve it.
  4. Putting Mechanisms In Place To Measure Progress & Efficiency. There are so many performance indicators to use example;
