Ato Forson Emphasizes the need for Collective Effort to Revive Ghana’s Economy.

Dr. Forson emphasized during the opening ceremony of the 2025 National Economic Dialogue in Accra how important it is for all parties involved to work together in order to address the country’s economic problems. Government representatives, economic specialists , business executives, civil society organizations and development partners come together for this two day event which is being held at the Accra International Conference Centre.

They will discuss ideas and policies to strengthen Ghana’s economic resilience . The results of these debates are expected to impact the country’s economic future and have a major impact on the upcoming National Budget which Dr. Forson will introduce on March 11, 2025.

Dr. Forson expressed his excitement about the dialogue, calling it a historic moment for the nation. He emphasized that its results would play a crucial role in the country’s economic reset and pave the way for sustainable growth.

The dialogue, cantered around the theme “Resetting Ghana: Building the Economy We Want Together,” focuses on critical issues including debt sustainability, job creation, industrialization, and macroeconomic stability.
