Following the temporal ban on Forex Trading activities placed on the Condolidated Bank Ghana, CBG’s license has been reinstated.
According to a press statement released by CBG on the 6.12.24, their license for F
orex Trading activities was reinstated on 4.12,24 . According to the statement, CBG has addressed all concerns stipulated by the bank of Ghana. As a result BoG has rescinded its decision about the suspension of CBG’s forex trading activities.

The bank extended an apology to all stakeholders and customers for any inconvenience caused.
‘We regret any inconvenience the suspension may have caused to our valued customers’
The statement also encouraged customers to visit their branches across the nation to have Forex transactions.
