POEM: City Dweller-The tales of a loner.

If you make us worry our youth away

How do we live in the moments

I am the son of the city dweller

I unwind in the pubs and the cafes of the city

Walking into the trenches wasn’t a good idea

Look at me now

I craved for it always

Choose peace when  you can

Do not regret it ever

You will not live forever

When your soul feels better

Your body lives younger.

I am the arrogant child

The son of the city dweller

I hear appellations when great men transit

But mine was hooting

It is no more a shame

Let me carry my burden like a knapsack

Tables turn they say

If heaven ever remember me

Please forgive my folly

I am but a wanderer without trajectory

Do not erase my name

oh Town Crier!

Wipe not my generation

I am the son of the city dweller!

The heavier the weight of onism

The  deeper I discover the sonder of  humanity.
