Samuel Inkoom has been charged with allegedly collecting a sum of 4000 US Dollars from one Madam Elizabeth Atarime Mboh. It is alleged that He took this money under t guise of securing Madam Mboh a USA traveling visa.
The court granted him a bail worth 100,000 Ghana cedis with two sureties. The court also directed that each surety must have a minimum monthly income of 5000 Ghana Cedis. The court , presided over by Eduful directed Inkoom to deposit a passport sized photo with the court registry.

Police Inspector ,Tetteh Boafo accounts that Madam Mboh and one Madam Abigail Owusu were the two complainants in the case.
Madam Awuni and Madam Owusu had trusted Samuel Inkoom with 4000 US Dollars and 2000 US Dollars respectively. These payment, according to the complainants were done to secure US Traveling visas. Inkoom allegedly promised delivery of their visas within six to eight weeks. However the designated time frame passed and they did not receive their visas as promised.
The complainants fearing foul play reported the matter to the police which led to the arrest and detention of the accused.
The former Blackstar’s player, has however denied the claim. He is scheduled to appear before the court on 22nd January 2025.
