A buffer stock warehouse in Tamale has been looted.There has reportedly been the theft of a significant quantity of food supplies meant for the School Feeding Program.

The incident happened in the late hours of 3rd January 2025.
The thief made away with food supplies including maize,gallons of oil, boxes of mackerel and beans leaving the warehouse almost empty.
There were also reported signs of forced entry.
Following the incident, a group of SHS Head teachers visited the scene.Together with CHASS members they went to access the scene and the cost of damage. The scene that greeted them was empty shelves and an almost empty warehouse.
