Justice Rev.Fr. Joseph Adu Owusu Agyemang has directed the EC to recoallate results from 6 regions. These centers include Tema Central, Okaikwei Central, Ablekuma North, Techiman South and Ahafo Ano North and Nsawam Adoagyyiri. He ordered them to comply by the law and follow suit by declaring the winners for the exercise.

Representing the Accra High Court, He initially granted separate mandamus applications filed by the NPP Parliamentary aspirants in the affected constituencies.
A mandamus order coerces a public institution to fulfil its lawful obligations.
The EC admitted that the processes in these areas were disrupted during the recoalition exercise.
